The Microtech Ultratech Gen IV 11224-D3PU represents the fourth generation of Microtech’s flagship OTF platform. Known worldwide for reliability and performance, the Ultratech continues to evolve with smoother operation, refined ergonomics, and premium materials.

This configuration features a menacing 3.5-inch double edge full serrated blade finished in black tactical coating and crafted from M390MK steel. The aggressive serrations combined with the dual-edge profile make this a serious cutting tool with commanding presence.

This is not the Zero Blade Play (ZBP) version, allowing Microtech to deliver the same trusted Ultratech platform at a more accessible price point. It includes stainless steel Torx hardware, a milled titanium pocket clip with ceramic ball, and a redesigned stainless steel glass breaker.

The updated Gen IV OTF drive system produces some of the smoothest deployment Microtech has ever achieved. The actuator now rides on a milled switch platform, helping break up pocket lint and debris while reducing friction for increased reliability and fewer cleanings.
