Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.


Shipping Methods and Guidelines

  • FedEx and UPS Shipping

    • We provide FREE insurance coverage for orders shipped via FedEx and UPS.
    • Orders over $800 will require a signature upon delivery.
  • USPS Shipping

    • Most items sold on this site are prohibited from shipping via USPS.
    • If USPS is selected, you assume all risks, including lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Items not meeting USPS restricted items policies will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Automatic Knives

    • All automatic knives will ship via UPS as USPS restrictions prohibit their shipment.
    • Please ensure you are aware of and comply with your local laws regarding automatic knives before purchase.

Shipping Information and Notes

  • Order Processing Time

    • Most orders placed by 12 p.m. EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day unless otherwise noted.
  • Signature on Delivery

    • For added security, we recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout, especially if you live in an area prone to theft.
    • Orders with apt/suite addresses or high-value orders may require a signature at our discretion.
  • Carrier Delays

    • Please note that carrier delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Refunds for delayed shipments are not available due to current courier policies.
    • Overnight or expedited orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until the next business day, depending on carrier policies.
  • Proof of Delivery

    • UPS now offers photo proof of delivery. If a package is stolen after delivery to the correct location, carriers/insurance will no longer reimburse for the loss, and we cannot provide refunds or replacements.
  • Address Changes

    • For your security, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.

Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window

    • Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
    • A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunds to cover merchant and e-commerce processing fees.
  • Quality Assurance

    • All items undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping to ensure quality.
  • Refund Processing Time

    • Refunds typically take 4 to 6 weeks, which includes:
      • Return transit time: 5–10 business days
      • Processing upon receipt: 3–5 business days
      • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
  • How to Initiate a Return

    • Guest Checkout: Contact us with your order number and detailed information about the product, including photos or videos if applicable.
    • Account Holders: Log in to your account, view your order history, and initiate the return process online.

General Shipping Information

  • International Shipping

    • At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the USA.
  • Shipping Estimates

    • Shipping and delivery estimates are available at checkout based on item availability and selected shipping options.
  • Weight-Based Shipping Rates

    • Many items are subject to weight-based rates, with weights rounded to the next full pound per carrier policies.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by USPS, we are unfortunately unable to file a claim on your behalf, as it is no longer considered in transit. However, here are the next steps you can take to resolve the issue:

 

  1. Contact Your Local Post Office: Reach out directly to your local USPS office or speak with your letter carrier. They may be able to provide additional details about where the package was delivered.
  2. Submit a Missing Mail Search: You can file a missing mail request with USPS using the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm This process helps track down packages that may have been misdelivered.
  3. Check with Neighbors: Occasionally, packages are delivered to nearby addresses by mistake. It may also help to check with others in your household.

 

If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please allow the carrier to complete their investigation process before contacting us for a resolution. Often, packages marked as delayed or misdelivered end up being delivered within a few days.
