Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Methods and Guidelines
FedEx and UPS Shipping
- We provide FREE insurance coverage for orders shipped via FedEx and UPS.
- Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.
USPS Shipping
- Most items sold on this site are prohibited from shipping via USPS.
- If USPS is selected, you assume all risks, including lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- Items not meeting USPS restricted items policies will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Automatic Knives
- All automatic knives will ship via UPS as USPS restrictions prohibit their shipment.
- Please ensure you are aware of and comply with your local laws regarding automatic knives before purchase.
Billing & Shipping Address Policy
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we only ship to the verified billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout.
We cannot accommodate requests to ship to alternate addresses under any circumstances.
Orders placed with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Information and Notes
Order Processing Time
Most orders placed by 12 p.m. EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day unless otherwise noted.
Signature on Delivery
For added security, we recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout, especially if you live in an area prone to theft.
Orders with apt/suite addresses or high-value orders may require a signature at our discretion.
Carrier Delays
Please note that carrier delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Refunds for delayed shipments are not available due to current courier policies.
Overnight or expedited orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until the next business day, depending on carrier policies.
Proof of Delivery
UPS now offers photo proof of delivery. If a package is stolen after delivery to the correct location, carriers/insurance will no longer reimburse for the loss, and we cannot provide refunds or replacements.
Address Changes
For your security, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
